Technical Support Specialist

Who we are

We are IN2CORE, developer of QTAKE and its supporting software applications and hardware devices. You've probably never heard of us. You will not find our apps installed on millions of devices. Our products are only made for a small group of filmmaking professionals. But if you ever see an iPad with our app installed, it will be in the hands of a visionary director like Steven Spielberg, James Cameron or Peter Jackson on the film sets of major blockbusters or awarded TV series – almost any you can think of.

We believe quality prevails over quantity.

We develop just a couple of software and hardware products for a very specific industry, but they set trends and shape the future. Our team is small, but it allows us to appreciate one’s uniqueness and build loyal relationships – the average employment term length is 6.5 years.

Opportunity

We are looking for a new member of our team. You will provide technical customer support to end-users of our software and hardware products. The department usually operates between 9 a.m. - 10 p.m., with a rotating schedule. Your daily tasks will usually include:

  • Technical assistance via e-mail and phone
  • Testing of the products and providing feedback to the team
  • Developing technical user guides and tutorials
